What's in Your Wine?
A SYMPOSIUM ON TRUTH IN LABELING
Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue
Simon Fraser University at Harbour Centre
580 West Hastings Street
1:30 – 5:00 pm
(Reception from 4:00 – 5:00 pm)

What does it mean to “tell the truth” – truth about what, truth according to whom? While every ingredient in your breakfast cereal is dutifully listed, do you really know what goes into your wine besides grapes? The Age of Scrutiny is here, at the retail counters and on the magazine racks. Will the wine industry lead or follow on issues of transparency, consistency and compliance? Anthony Gismondi, Glenn Sigurdson and prominent industry leaders took on this broad topic for discussion.
