A Symposium on Wine Packaging

The Playhouse Winefest held its first-ever symposium on March 28, 2007. Members of the wine trade joined Wine Access editor-in-chief Anthony Gismondi in the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue theatre-in-the-round as he probed industry leaders, polled audience members and sent his own SOS about the future of wine packaging. Attendees then cast their ballots on a range of questions. The event was facilitated by Simon Fraser University's Glenn Sigurdson.
