Trade Tickets go on sale Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 9:30 am.
Pre-registration is required for ticket purchases. Individuals purchasing Trade Tasting tickets must provide name, occupational title, and the name of the establishment.
TRADE TASTING - PRE-REGISTRATION & TICKETS
Attendance to the Trade Tasting requires pre-registration AND a ticket.
1. Pre-Registration online.
2. Pre-registration is required for ticket purchases. Individuals purchasing Trade Tasting tickets must provide name, occupational title, and the name of the establishment. This information is used to create Trade nametags – spelling and accuracy is important!
3. On-site registration is required prior to entering the Tasting Room if you do not have a ticket & nametag, we recommend arriving at VCC West in plenty of time to pick up your nametag. Please bring along your a business card/ticket order confirmation.
INDUSTRY BUYERS – TRADE TASTING + BUYERS ONLY HOUR
The VPIWF defines a buyer as a wine/wine & food industry trade professional who purchases multiple cases of wine per month on behalf of his/her establishment.
To attend the Buyers Only Hour from 1:30 – 2:30 pm, please pre-register as a buyer online. Tickets to the Buyers Only Hour will be issued a ticket & a nametag to access the event. Please bring a business card AND your ticket order confirmation if did not receive a nametag to have one printed on site.
TRADE DAYS TICKET POLICIES
- Trade Days Conference events are restricted to members of the hospitality and food and beverage industry.
- Individuals purchasing tickets for these events must pre-register online and provide their name, occupational title, and the name of the establishment at the time of booking.
- All ticket sales are final.
- Access to the BC Liquor Stores Festival Wine Shop is for individuals with corresponding tasting room session.
