Quady Winery of Madera California, is pleased to invite
British Columbia’s pastry chefs, cooks and students to compete in the 23rd
Annual Quady Dessert Competition, this year featuring their orange muscat
dessert wine Essensia.
Competition this year was
held at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts on Saturday, March 12th
and Sunday, March 13th.
